Delete your Looplet account
You can delete your account and everything you've shared at any time, in the app or by email.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Looplet and tap Me.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Tap Delete account again to confirm.
Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile (display name, birth year, sign-in link)
- Your membership in every Loop
- The photos, captions, reactions and voice replies you've sent, and your Just me backup
- Your messages
- Your Memories and other Looplet data on the device
Your content disappears for other people right away. We keep deleted items for up to 30 days as evidence in case they are involved in a safety report, then permanently erase them. Reports and blocks may be kept as long as needed to keep people safe.
Without the app
No longer have the app? Email tuyetnt6134@icloud.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. If you chose Hide My Email when signing in, write from your Apple Account email and include your Looplet display name so we can find your account.
We'll confirm and delete your account within 30 days.
