Terms of Use
Last updated: October 13, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Looplet when you use the Looplet app and loopletplus.pages.dev. By using Looplet, you agree to them.
1. Who can use Looplet
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough in your country to agree to these terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to them for you. You need an iPhone with iOS 17 or later and must sign in with a valid account. Keep your device and account secure; you're responsible for what happens under your account.
2. What's not allowed
Looplet is for sharing with people who want to hear from you. You agree not to post, send or do any of the following:
- Sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes or endangers children.
- Nudity or sexual content sent to people who haven't agreed to receive it.
- Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, or content that encourages violence or self-harm.
- Content you don't have the right to share, including other people's private photos or copyrighted work.
- Impersonating someone, spam, scams, or anything illegal.
- Trying to access other people's accounts or Loops, or interfering with, scraping or reverse-engineering the service.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Accounts that break these rules are suspended or removed, and the content is taken down. Where the law requires, we report illegal content to the authorities.
3. Reporting and blocking
You can report any photo or message, and block anyone, right in the app. Blocked people can no longer contact you. We review reports and act on objectionable content, normally within 24 hours, by removing it and suspending the account that posted it. You can also write to tuyetnt6134@icloud.com. Looplet also blurs explicit images on your device using Apple's Sensitive Content Analysis.
4. Your content
You own the photos, voice replies and messages you share. You give Looplet a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process and deliver that content only to operate the service: to show it to the people you sent it to and to keep your Just me backup. This license ends when your content is deleted, except for the up-to-30-day period described in thePrivacy Policy. We don't use your content for advertising.
You are responsible for what you share, and you confirm you have the right to share it.
5. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
6. Ending your use
You can stop using Looplet and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we must for legal reasons, or if we stop offering Looplet. Sections 4 (as to content already deleted), 7 and 8 continue to apply after your account ends.
7. Disclaimers
Looplet is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep it running and your content safe, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that content will never be lost. Keep your own copies of photos that matter to you.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Looplet is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
9. Apple
These terms are between you and Looplet, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Looplet or its content, has no obligation to provide support for it, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms, entitled to enforce them against you.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new date. If you keep using Looplet after that, the new terms apply.
